We are looking for a dynamic independent individual to join the Digital Strategy Team within Consumer Division, to execute the business framework for ZaoBao, the flagship newspaper title within SPH’s Chinese Media Group. 

The ideal candidate should 

• have a good grasp of customer lifecycles in a subscription business,
• have experience interpreting data and turning insights into actionable experiments for businesses,
• have experience project managing product features and platform enhancements from ideation to fruition,
• have experience working with Product and Tech teams,
• be able to communicate, convince and manage stakeholders
• have a good track record of developing digital strategies to enable acquisition and marketing teams to excel in their OKRs and uplift user experience

• A good university degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing or related fields
• 3 - 5 years of experience in Media, subscription-modelled business, FMCG product management
• Customer-obsessed. You are obsessed with building an engaging relationship with our customers.
• Data and insights oriented: possess a strong ability to analyse data, track performance and derive actionable insights 
• Experience in working with internal stakeholders on cross functional projects
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment and ability to work under pressure
• Independent and eager to learn attitude
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• A proficient command of Chinese to manage the Chinese language publications
