We are looking for an Executive to be responsible for the procurement of goods and services, in accordance with business objectives. The key responsibilities would include: 

• Provide end-to-end procurement support to the respective business users, in accordance with established guidelines and processes.
• Provide ad-hoc system support to business users/ suppliers.
• Any other assignments / projects as assigned.

• Diploma holder with 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in procurement roles preferred.
• Good understanding of category management, risk management, procurement strategy and processes.
• Ability to apply critical thinking and analytical abilities to understand issues and resolve them.
• Meticulous and able to multi-task/ manage tight timelines.
• Numerate and proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite of software tools.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills.  
• Confidence in dealing with people across all levels within the organisation.
• Good team player.
