As a key member of the Enterprise Marketing team, this role will be responsible for influencing the B2B customer journey touchpoints and driving growth across the full funnel including awareness, conversion, onboarding, engagement and retention. 

The ideal candidate will need to have a growth marketing background and a proven ability to work independently.

• Create and execute digital marketing strategies and efforts such as A/B testing, SEO, and Digital Analytics that drives full funnel growth.
• Responsible for developing strategy and programs that will drive activation, adoption, engagement, retention among both business buyers and users. 
• Lead the creation of customer insights / analysis and dashboards on campaign performance and ROI and use the findings to develop future activity based on results.
• Understand the right marketing platform capabilities and partner with relevant teams to deliver optimised marketing programs at scale.

• Degree qualification in Business / Marketing or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in Growth Marketing or related roles.
• Demonstrated experience with competencies in identifying opportunities and recommending solutions to 1) streamline processes and 2) maximise marketing output and impact.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while meeting expectations and collaborating within teams.
