This role is essential in supporting the Talent Acquisition and Business Partnering teams with an emphasis on operations, administration and documentation.

• Prepare and manage all important documentation related to new hire onboarding, including HRIS data entry and workpass applications
• Provide operational support in recruitment processes such as reference checks and skills assessments
• Provide administrative support in the applicant-tracking and onboarding processes, including the updating and reporting of manpower statistics
• Maintain the HR microsite for internal communications and broadcasts
• Manage the staff referral database and incentives
• Any other duties related to the support of the talent and shared services departments

• Diploma or degree in any discipline, preferably with 2 years of relevant experience
• Meticulous, highly organised, with a systematic approach to task management
• Good writing and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in spreadsheet and word processing software, experience with Google suite and ATS / HRIS systems will be an added advantage
• Resourceful, with a good understanding of inter-departmental dependencies
• Resilient and is comfortable with repetitive and voluminous tasks in a fast-paced environment
