SPH Media is looking for a dynamic individual to join the Transformation & Strategy division in driving transformation programs. The shortlisted candidate will be part of the team responsible for catalysing and driving strategic investments in cross-functional programs and projects to support SPH Media’s transformation of its news media business. The main responsibilities for this role include:
Analyse trends affecting news media industry and implications for SPH Media’s business strategy and transformation.
Contribute to the development of SPH Media’s strategic priorities alongside relevant business divisions and newsrooms.
Support the resourcing and implementation of transformation initiatives through cross-functional project teams.
Manage a portfolio of transformation projects working across business divisions in SPH Media.
Work with senior leadership and project teams to monitor implementation and ensure that outcomes are achieved.
Recognized Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 3 years’ of relevant work experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Able to demonstrate track record in managing and delivering cross-functional projects
Able to learn fast across a wide range of organisational functions and topics, and influence effectively in cross-functional teams
Able to appreciate broader strategic directions and priorities, and translate these into actionable steps for project teams
Experience in strategy development and/or project management a plus
