The Chinese Media Group is seeking a highly motivated Reporter/Sub-editor to join its Young  Audience team which produces Chinese student publications and digital products for students aged 7 to 18. 

Responsibilities

• Produce quality written content for student publications targeted at readers aged between 7 and 18
• Design page layout for student publications
• Conceptualise and work with team to create original Chinese content for digital platforms, including videos, social media posts and campaigns
• Support digital creative projects/live events on social media/digital platforms
• Assist to manage and maintain digital and social media platforms
• Develop plans to grow outreach for digital/social media platforms
• Track and analyse performance for online content and projects 

• Bilingual with good written Chinese communication skills
• Diploma/Degree in media related disciplines
• At least 2 years of related working experience
• Knowledge of In-Design, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, Audacity or other media editing software will be an advantage
• Highly creative with a sense of humour
• Ability to /and interest in creating entertaining and informative content for students
• Organised and able to handle multiple projects on tight deadlines
• Experience in video production is an advantage
