You will be a credible and trusted HR partner to provide strategic and operational business HR support to the units under your purview

This includes;

• provide consultative, value-added service in supporting your stakeholders in meeting their business’ HR needs.
• partner and guide the business managers in implementation of HR processes relating to performance and salary management, promotion and compensation and manpower planning
• manage the manpower resourcing including recruitment and talent development
• manage manpower headcount, cost and manpower budgeting
• partner the various centres of excellence in the HR division in rolling out initiatives

• A recognized degree with at least 5 years of HR experience in building relationships and business partnering functions
• Experience working in a large and fast paced organization.
• Customer-centric with strong communication skills, both written and spoken
• Driven, resourceful with a strong sense of urgency
• Good business acumen and strong with numbers
