• The position requires a highly motivated individual to develop and implement campaigns to grow the digital subscriptions of Singapore’s leading Chinese media, Lianhe Zaobao 
• You would conceptualise, plan and execute effective above and below the line advertising communications that will deliver the results
• You will liaise with the creative agencies (internal and external) to develop effective communications and marketing concepts to drive the digital subscription
• Working closely with the team lead, you are also required to develop new key target segments to grow Lianhe Zaobao’s reach and subscription. This involves identifying and sizing up new segment bases and developing tailored marketing programs to reach out to these target segments
• You are required to identify appropriate business partnership opportunities for sponsorship tie-up to drive product sampling to target segments 
• You need to manage and upkeep the working budget, and prepare post campaign analysis

• At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with proven track record in driving digital subscriptions growth
• Resourceful, achievement motivated and works well under pressure
• A project lead with a proven track record of conducting marketing promotions and campaigns
• Some levels of experience and proven success in negotiating for sponsorship deals would be an advantage
• Good people skills and able to work with people at all levels
• Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and able to multitask
• Strong written and communication skills in English and Chinese 
• Experience with project management software
• A recognized tertiary qualification, preferably in Business/Marketing
