• Keying of data based on physical documents.
• Uploading of data into Management system.
• Preparing issuance and unsold merchandise reports for the various stakeholders.
• Maintaining the records of all physical merchandise in the warehouse
• Preparing issuance and delivery documents
• Issuing of merchandise to the vendors and contractors.
• Collating of unsold merchandise from vendors and contractors.
• Compiling, verifying and sorting  of physical delivery documents
• Preparing simple inventory reports.

• Certified in forklift driving will be an advantage
• At least a Higher NITEC with 1 to 2 years of related working experience / Fresh Diploma graduate
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Suite
• Able to work independently
• Must be physically fit
• Non Aircon working environment
• Able to communicate with contractors and vendors
